As an HR freelancer, your profile is your most important tool. It’s where you can showcase your skills. Adding your portfolio of projects and getting reviews for them will help you stand out to potential clients and increase your chances of landing gigs.

If you’re new to HRfrenzy, get past clients outside HRfrenzy to provide you raving reviews inside the platform. And if you’re new to freelancing — don’t fret! You can ask past or current employers to review projects you’ve done for them! Here’s how:

  1. On your profile page, scroll to the portfolio section, click the + button on the right:
Portfolio section of your freelancer profile

2. Be sure to complete necessary fields and click Save.

Project/Portfolio Form

3. When asking your previous employers or clients outside the platform to leave a review, please enter the reviewer details when completing the project form. Kindly note that reviews can dramatically increase not only your visibility on HRfrenzy, but also your reputation and ultimately chances of hire.

Adding a review from a previous employer may increase your chances of hire.

4. You will be asked to confirm that you would like to receive a review from your previous employer:

Review Request Confirmation

Once confirmed, your previous employer will receive an invitation to leave a review of the requested project.

While it will be up to the buyer to decide who they will choose for their project, completing your profile will let them know you are serious about a potential partnership. Why wait — get hired by completing your profile!
